The order on assigning duties must be issued at the enterprise in the event of the absence of an employee performing these same duties as officials. However, it does not matter whether the reasons for the absence of a person in the workplace are respectful or disrespectful. The refresher course, illness, business trip, medical examination, execution of orders of state or public structures are the reasons that justify the absence of an employee. The provision of a document that has no legal effect, as a justification for absenteeism, as well as failure to provide any documents, is attributed to disrespectful reasons. But in any case, the work should be done in its own way. Therefore, the head issues an order to assign duties to another official.
