Speaking generally, the rules for taking water are as follows: 30-40 minutes before meals or two to three hours after eating, you can take life-giving water at another time, without disturbing the time intervals between meals.

It should be noted that we are talking only about clean water, and not about other beverages, such as tea, juice, compote and others.

If you have any of the above factors that affect the loss of fluid in the body, then the norms of water intake should be reviewed, adding or reducing the amount of liquid drunk.

The rate of water consumption per person is 30 ml per kilogram of weight. For example, if the weight of a person is 70 kg, then 30 ml should be multiplied by 70 kg. According to calculations, the figure is equal to 2,100 ml. This means that a person a day should drink 2.1 liters of clean water, not including other drinks and first courses.

It should be remembered that excessive thirst can be a sign of various diseases, therefore, if your daily intake of water is much higher than recommended, you need to contact the doctor and conduct the necessary examinations to exclude the possibility of developing any disease.
