Newborn kitten: basic rules of care
If you have a newborn kitten (in connection with the death of a cat during childbirth or for some other reason), then you can save it. To do this, you need to know what this kid needs. Just want to warn that this is a difficult and troublesome business.
A newborn kitten needs milk, so you should start with it. Take two tablespoons of medium-fat milk, add a pinch of sugar or a drop of honey, lightly heat it (up to 30 - 33 degrees) and start feeding. If you feed the kitten from the first days of life, then you know that in the first ten days you will have to do this every two to three hours, even at night. Each day, the serving should be increased by a teaspoonful. Then you can gradually add porridge, cooked the same way as for a newborn baby.

A month later a newborn kitten will be able to digest meat, while it is necessary to select dietary varieties. However, meat should not be taken into consideration - it can negatively affect the work of the intestines. From the eighth week you can transfer your ward to the kitten feed.
In addition to proper and balanced nutrition, the newborn kitten needs proper care. You will have to wash it, however, this does not mean that it should be a full bath with shampoo - just wipe the wool with a damp napkin.
As you can see, taking care of a newborn kitten is a difficult and time-consuming process, so when you hear from your child: "I want a kitten!", Think carefully about whether you need such an acquisition.
If your cat was born several kittens, then the efforts, respectively, multiply, and the cherished day, when the sale of kittens, may not come very soon. However, selling them or giving them is a private matter for every owner, the main thing is that these tiny creatures get into kind and caring hands.
