Medication "Kofil-plus" is a group of analgesics-antipyretics, it has a pronounced analgesic and antipyretic effect. Produced in the form of white rounded tablets, which contain the following active substances: acetylsalicylic acid, caffeine and paracetamol. Auxiliary components are methylcellulose, aerosil, polyvinylpyrrolidone, talc, magnesium stearate, potato starch.

Medication "Kocitil-plus" is a combined preparation that has an anti-inflammatory, antipyretic effect. The agent effectively suppresses the pain syndrome, especially caused by inflammatory processes, inhibits thrombus formation and platelet aggregation, improves microcirculation in the inflammatory focus. The presence of caffeine in the composition can improve the reflex excitability of the brain, dilate the blood vessels, reduce drowsiness, relieve fatigue, improve physical and mental performance. Because of the small dose of caffeine, there is practically no effect on the nervous system, nevertheless, the tone of the vessels is normalized and the blood flow is accelerated.

Means "Kofil-plus": indications for use

The medication is prescribed to adult patients for the removal of a moderate or mild pain syndrome (migraine, algodismenorea, arthralgia, lumbago, radicular breast syndrome, myalgia, neuralgia, dental and headache). It is recommended to take the medicine as an antipyretic for infectious, inflammatory and colds.

It is forbidden to use the medicine with hypersensitivity to aspirin, xanthines and other anti-inflammatory non-steroid drugs. Tablets are not prescribed for erosive and ulcerative lesions of the stomach and intestines, impaired kidney and liver function, aspirin asthma, hemorrhagic diathesis, deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, vitamin K, portal hypertension. Contraindications also include anxious, panic disorders, agoraphobia, organic pathologies of the cardiac and vascular system, arterial hypertension, myocardial infarction, glaucoma. You can not take the drug during surgical interventions accompanied by bleeding, in the 1 and 3 trimesters of pregnancy, children under 15 years.

Instructions for use

Medication "Kofitsil-plus" should be consumed after meals three times a day for 1-2 capsules. The allowed daily volume of the drug should not exceed 6 tablets. The interval between taking the medicine should be at least 4 hours. To reduce irritation of the stomach, it is recommended that the product be washed with milk, water or an alkaline mineral water. As an anesthetic, the medicine can be consumed no more than 5 days, to remove the heat duration of application - no more than three days.

Side effect

During therapy, negative body reactions such as tachycardia, increased pressure, diarrhea, gastralgia, vomiting, anorexia, allergies, gastric and intestinal bleeding, or ulcerative lesions can occur.
