The drug "Erespal" has an anti-bronchoconstrictive and anti-inflammatory property. The drug has a vasodilating, spasmolytic effect. The active component is fenspiride hydrochloride. Excipients: Macrogol 6000, glycerol, titanium dioxide, magnesium stearate, povidone, silicon anhydrous colloid, disubstituted calcium phosphate, hypromellose.

The anti-inflammatory effect of Erespal (tablets) medication is associated with a decrease in the production of various inflammatory factors. These include, in particular, the metabolites of arachidonic acid, free radicals, tumor necrosis factors (alpha), cytokines.

Absorption of the drug from the digestive tract is relatively slow. The maximum concentration of the active substance of the drug reaches in the interval from half an hour to eight hours after administration. Excretion occurs mainly by the kidneys.

The drug "Erespal" (pills) instruction recommends for bronchitis, sinusitis, otitis, rhinotraheobronchitis, laryngitis, rhinopharyngitis. As a maintenance therapy, the drug is prescribed for bronchial asthma. The preparation "Erespal" in the form of a syrup is additionally shown at a flu, pertussis, respiratory symptoms on a background of measles.

Adults are recommended per day for one or two tablets twice or thrice (or three to six spoonfuls of suspension).

For children under two years (weighing up to ten kilograms), two or four teaspoons (ten to twenty milliliters) are recommended. The drug can be added to food. Patients from two years with a body weight of more than ten kilograms recommend two or four tablespoons of table (thirty or sixty milliliters). The drug is taken daily before meals.

The medication "Erespal" (pills) is not recommended for use during pregnancy. At the same time, the approaching pregnancy should not be interrupted with medication. It is recommended to stop taking the medication. If you need to take the drug during lactation, breastfeeding should be suspended for the entire period of therapy with the drug "Erespal"

Replacement of the drug is selected in case of negative reactions in the form of allergies or asthmatic attacks (in patients prone to them). To the analogs of the drug include the drugs "Inspiron" and "Bronchomax".

With care appoint a drug for hypersensitivity to acetylsalicylic acid.

When an overdose of Erespal (tablets) drug appears sinus tachycardia, vomiting, agitation or drowsiness, nausea.

The patient is washed with a stomach, ECG monitoring is prescribed.
