How to cook meat in batter differently? There are several interesting recipes, slightly more complex than the first. But the meat is much more delicious.

Often, the clay is prepared from starch, not from flour. Mostly these are the dishes of Chinese cuisine. Certainly, these recipes under the influence of various factors have undergone some changes.

It is about one of these dishes will be discussed further: meat in battered starch. 200 g of low-fat pork must be cut into small pieces of the right shape. Then you need to mix 2 eggs, 100 g of starch and 2 tablespoons of grape vinegar, add a tablespoon of sugar and salt to taste. In the boiling sauce, add chopped carrot, bell pepper and a few cloves of garlic. The last step is to pour the remaining starch into the sauce, stirring constantly the contents of the frying pan. With this sauce, before serving, water the meat in batter.

In the following recipe, the meat must be minced before placing it in the batter. Marinade is prepared from 2-3 cloves of chopped garlic, a teaspoon of sugar, a small amount of soy sauce and spices. First, the garlic is mixed with sugar and left to stand, so that it gives juice. Add soy sauce and spices, for example, red pepper. In this marinade spread thinly sliced and beaten meat for a few minutes.

During this time, heat the pan and cook the starch from the starch and eggs. Meat is transferred to the batter, and then to a pan and fry for several minutes on each side.

The ideal side dish for meat in batter is, of course, boiled rice or vegetables. However, at the request of the cook you can cook any other side dish.

You can fry in the batter and other products. For example, for breakfast, cheese is ideal for battering.

250 g of hard cheese cut into square plates with a side of 6 cm and a thickness of about 6 mm. Clary cheese is prepared from a teaspoon of flour, eggs and 4 tablespoons of light beer, add spices to the sausage. Cheese dipped in a batter and fried in hot oil until a crust is formed. To remove excess oil, the finished cheese should be put on paper napkins.
