In 2017 maternal capital in the Crimea will remain indivisible. According to state officials, the breakdown of capital into small payments will lead to unproductive expenditure of monetary assistance. As for the mortgage, it can be taken only in banks and organizations controlled by the Central Bank. Mothers' capital for Crimeans will be given to parents (guardians) until the end of 2018, inclusive. This means that until this time the family should have a second or subsequent children.
