  • It is necessary to mix one bulb of narcissus in a crushed form with a rice porridge cooked on water, or rye flour. The agent is required to spread on the surface of the breast affected by mastitis.
  • To relieve the general condition of the nursing mother in mastitis and to stop the inflammatory process, it is recommended that a cake made of rye flour, fresh milk and butter be applied to a sick chest. The filtered infusion is recommended to be ingested with lemon juice twice per day.

Compresses for mastitis: rules of application

Compresses are the main way of traditional medicine to get rid of this ailment. They are able to save the woman from the pulling pains and feelings of "bursting" of the chest. The main principle of the use of compresses in this case is the exclusion of dangerous substances from the list of used components, which can be used both unknowingly and consciously.

As already mentioned above, it is strictly forbidden to warm up the breast with mastitis. That is, compresses for mastitis should be applied warm or cool, but not hot. It should be realized that in the mammary glands there is an inflammatory process, and heating will only exacerbate the situation.

Compress made from starch and oil

It is necessary to massage with mastitis, making movements in the direction from the peripheral zone to the nipple.

Before starting a massage, it is recommended to relax the formed nodes a little. They need to be smoothed with spiral movements that are clockwise. Such preliminary exposure to stagnation areas in the breast tissue is required to be performed for 40 seconds.
