The recipe for this pie is no different from the usual. Only to the list of ingredients you need to add another 33% cream in the amount of 500 milliliters.

Mix all the ingredients (flour, sugar, yeast, eggs, butter). Put the dough in a mold, make the cuts on top and sprinkle with sugar and butter. Put the mold with the dough into the oven.

When the pie is ready in half an hour, get it out and just pour the cream over it. In addition, do not do anything. Return the shape with the cake back to the oven, after turning off the gas or putting it on the minimum. Let the pie stand like that for another ten minutes. After this, finally remove it from the oven, and then from the mold.

Sugar cake with cream is ready! By the way, the cream not only impregnates the dough, but also forms a kind of filling.

  10. Cover the dough on top with butter and sugar.

11. Turn on the multivark function "Baking" and send the dough for half an hour.

12. After the lapse of time, open the multivark cover and pour the cake on top with cream.

13. Set the function "Heating" for ten minutes.

Sugar cake in the multivarquet is ready! Put it on a dish and serve it to the table.

Culinary advice

  1. You can choose any form for baking: silicone, iron, ordinary sheet from the oven and so on.
  2. You can take a smaller amount of cream, for example, gram 200. But then the sugar cake will get less impregnated.
  3. Cream for cream must be at least chilled, but not frozen. If they are warm, then there will be difficulties with whipping.
  4. To decorate the pie, use different berries (raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, currants, pitted cherries and so on) and nuts.
  5. It is better to choose a slightly acidic berry, because the pie is already sweet enough.
  6. To sprinkle a cake on top you can take not ordinary, but brown sugar. So you give the dessert a little color.
  7. For flavor, add vanilla sugar or some aromatic essences (for example, condensed milk) into the dough. You can also use citrus peel, pre-ground.
  8. If you put the dough for sugar pie not in one form, but in a few small ones, then you will get sugar muffins.
