The name "lyulya-kebab" is translated from the Persian. Language, like "fried meat", this is a traditional dish, which dates back to the 14th century in Turkey.

Cooking kebab was initially offered on open fire, but in the modern world, open fire is not so easily available to the hostess who lives in an apartment building. However, the kebab in the oven is also a very tasty dish, which at the same time is not so bad for health.

Cooking kebab in the oven can be made from different types of meat, it can be pork, beef, lamb, rabbit and chicken. The main thing is to choose fresh meat with a pleasant smell.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast, fillet - 300 grams;

  • Shallot onion - 60 grams;
