With an intolerable feeling of hunger, it is recommended to eat a piece of bread.

At the same time, a monthly diet will easily and painlessly allow you to lose up to 5-6 kg of excess weight. It is not at all troublesome and allows you to vary the menu. You can cook soups, vegetable stews, salads and freshly squeezed fresh.
