"Legends of the Circle": actors and roles, the plot

He was called the king of Russian chanson. The songs of this man sounded everywhere. He was an outstanding musician with a rich biography: endless performances on stage, lengthy tours, writing new hits ... Of course, we are talking about the legendary performer of "criminal songs" Michael Krug, whose life ended in very mysterious circumstances. He was always happy with life, spending a lot of time with his friends and adoring his wife and children. The death of the singer was a real shock to his fans, who still enjoy his magnificent musical creations. In 2012, the director Timur Kabulov and producer Karen Hovhannisyan shot the series "Legends of the Circle", the actors of which reminded the spectator about the unique talent that this chanson performer from Tver was endowed with. This work is a tribute to the memory of the musician.

Story line

Of course, the film "Legends of the Circle" many viewers are waiting for.

The director made every effort to reproduce the true picture of the singer's life. A young man named Matvey, who works as a screenwriter, travels to Tver to write a true biography on the accounts of friends, relatives and colleagues of the King of Chanson. Everyone's support in this matter is provided by Mikhail's friend - Alexei.

In general, the retelling of Circle's life turns out to be quite accurate, but Timur Kabulov took the liberty to offer the spectator his own version of the musician's death. Anyway, but the film "Legends of the Circle", according to experts, turned out to be quite realistic and convincing.

the main role

The authors of the idea to make a movie about the famous performer of "thieves' songs did not have any special problems about who will play the main role. Oganesyan and Kabulov, without hesitation, were invited to play the role of Mikhail, a little-known producer, singer and actor Yuri Kuznetsov-Taiga, who was practically an exact copy of his hero.

For the sake of justice, it should be noted that the film "Legends of the Circle", the actors who labored, as they say, to the glory, was received by the viewer "with a bang" in large part thanks to Yuri's striking similarity to the Tver musician. It was not necessary and especially make up. The only thing that Kuznetsov-Taiga had to do was to recover for an amount of kilograms. Well, after the actor had grown a mustache, he would not be distinguished from the real Circle ". However, Yuri did not immediately agree to shoot, asking for some time to think. He was tormented by doubts whether his talent was enough to reincarnate as accurately as possible into the king of Russian chanson. In the end, he nevertheless made a positive decision.

Spouse

One of the primary roles in the film "Legends of the Circle," whose actors brilliantly did their work, assigned to his wife, Mikhail - Irina.

Her image was entrusted to play a graduate of RATI-GITIS Olga Smirnova. She is not a novice in the profession of acting: the viewer knows her on the television series "Dostoevsky" and the film "The Dandies". The scenario of the film about the Circle envisaged a real situation: before the concert, Mikhail's group was losing backing vocalist, and as a substitute for her, the musicians offered the girl Irina, who served as costumer. Subsequently, the Circle will fall in love with her and will thank fate for such a gift. Of course, before Olga Smirnova was a very difficult acting task: to show the whole range of feelings that Irina was experiencing towards Misha. She had to thoroughly prepare: to study all information about the singer, personally talk with his wife. As a result, she coped phenomenally with reincarnation in the image of Irina.

Wife did not really like the script

Despite the fact that the film "Legends of the Circle", whose actors were selected by the director very scrupulously and responsibly, had success with the viewer, the wife of the famous musician was not entirely satisfied with the quality of the script.

Irina found in it inaccuracies and flaws. She read the script right before the filming began. The singer was somewhat puzzled by the fact that she was not introduced to him in advance. Irina was confused first of all by the fact that the protagonist of the film occasionally trumpeted with criminal words, although in real life the Circle avoided slang phrases. However, Ilya Shilovsky, who wrote the script for the film, believes that Mikhail's wife can not know such details of the biography of the musician, as they legalized their relationship shortly before his death. Friends of the Circle, in turn, did not find any serious inconsistencies in the plot.

Screenwriter

A significant role in the film about the king of Russian chanson went to the screenwriter. Ivan Dobronravov, a well-known lycee, filed his image filigree. He also played more than one role in the cinema before he was invited to the "Legends of the Circle".

The actors and roles of this film were correlated with each other in the most harmonious way. Ivan Dobronravov appears in front of the viewer in the image of a curious, and at the same time meticulous young man who literally gathers information about the "idol of millions".

Friend

The foreground went to the film about Mikhail Krug and the popular actor Alexander Domogarov. His acting skills and talent have long been recognized as amateurs of theater and cinema. In the film "Legends of the Circle" (2012) he masterly plays a friend of the famous musician, who like no one else is interested in solving the mystery of his death. He does his best to help the writer in obtaining information about the king of Russian chanson, taking it with friends of the Circle and his colleagues at work.

Archil

Bright and colorful image in the movie "Legends of the Circle" was presented by the popular actor Sergei Gazarov. Behind his shoulders also a lot of work on the set and theatrical stage.

In the early 90's of last year he put Gogol's "Inspector". This performance was recognized as the best, and Gazarov was awarded the STD prize for this work. In the film about the Tver musician, he plays the role of criminal authority Archil, who lives by the principle: "All means are good in achieving the goal." And here the talent of Gazarov manifested itself in the widest range. This is another proof that the actors of the film "Legends of the Circle" have coped with the tasks set by the director 100%.

Other roles

It should be noted and other images that have for the film about a musician from Tver is of fundamental importance. In particular, we are talking about the administrator of the Circle - Seve. For this role was approved by the actor Alexander Kuznetsov - a graduate of the "Pike".

A fairly colorful image went to the famous actor Vladimir Zaitsev. He talentedly turned into "Gray-haired", who was a real friend of Michael and after his death actively supported the idea of writing an autobiographical book about Tver chanson. Zaitsev played a huge number of roles in the cinema, a lot of time he gave voice over to foreign films.

However, not only the actors of the series "Legends of the Circle" tried to ensure that the name of the famous musician was immortalized in the cinema.

The film about the chanson star was created thanks to the efforts of the musician's relatives. Mikhail's sister - Olga addressed Ilya Shilovsky with material containing manuscripts of Krug poems and songs.

His contribution to the picture was made and the participants of the group "The Hitcher", who worked very closely with the chansonnier.

Behind the scenes

Work on the set was carried out both in the Russian capital and in Tver. The beginning of the process coincided with the fiftieth anniversary of the musician. As already stressed, the authors of the film offered their own version of the death of the Circle. Relatives of the Russian chanson king did not object to the murder scene being filmed in the very billiard room where Michael spent the last moments of his life. According to the official version, the killer of the musician was not found at the moment, but after the arrest of members of the group "Tver wolves" in 2008, the wife of the Circle identified in one of them involved in the crime.

The audience was shown a film in the summer of 2013.
