Indications for use

"Sorbifer Durules" is used with the following dosage. Teenagers over 12 years and adults should take one tablet twice a day, can be in the morning and in the evening. It is advisable to take half an hour before meals. The tablet is swallowed whole and washed down with a lot of water. If there are signs of side effects, the dosage of the drug should be reduced or canceled, depending on the complexity.

If anemia is observed in a woman in the first and second trimester of pregnancy, one tablet should be taken. In the third trimester and during the baby's breast-feeding period, you can take two. The duration of admission is based on individual indicators of the iron content in the body. Interaction of the drug

It is strongly advised not to take the drug with tetracyclines, also with D penicillamine, since there is a possibility of chelating compounds that will slow the absorption process of the drug. In addition, you can not take the drug with different antacid agents, which contain components such as calcium, magnesium or aluminum salts. They will also reduce the absorption of iron.
