Italian lasagna: a recipe with minced meat at home

For the sauce, take a liter of milk, one hundred grams of butter, one hundred grams of flour, nutmeg and salt. If desired, homemade lasagna with minced meat can be supplemented with spinach or fried mushrooms.
Peel and finely chop onion and garlic. Tomatoes dip in boiling water and peel off the skin, pulp in a blender or simply cut it finely. Grate the cheese on a grater. Add the onion on vegetable oil with minced meat, add tomatoes, basil, garlic, pepper, salt and simmer for five minutes. This stuffing, which ensures that you will get delicious and satisfying lasagna.

Put four sheets of lasagna in the baking dish, half the stuffing on them, pour the third sauce and sprinkle the third cheese. Repeat the step, cover with the final layer of sheets and pour the remaining sauce. We prepare lasagna with minced meat for fifty minutes at a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees and serve it to the table. For ten minutes before the meal, do not forget to sprinkle the rest of the cheese with the dish.
