The problems of using information technologies in business management are currently one of the most important problems for managers of any level. High-quality business support information service capabilities, themselves, the information technology used in professional activities, allow managers to make the most effective decisions.

The use of IT in HR management can help solve many problems in the selection, analysis and recruitment of personnel and accelerate this process, allows the manager to conduct certification and promotion of employees, make job descriptions, question staff for various purposes, receive reports and compare them. Using IT makes it much easier to manage, reduce time and costs.

Motivation to use information technologies in professional activity is the expectation of results in the form of improving labor productivity, obtaining better, timely and relevant information at all levels of management for decision-making, obtaining concrete benefits, and more.

Prospects for the development of information technologies, innovative way of management development mean the openness and receptivity of these specialists to innovations, to automated control systems and automation of production processes as such.

So, in the work of today's innovative managers, such a notion as business modeling, whose main idea is to study and develop the activity of an enterprise through the use of business models, has become widespread and used.

The current dynamics of the development of the external business environment dictates its requirements in relation to internal changes, affecting the goals set by the top manager or the owner of the enterprise. One example of such an approach to solving the problem of using IT technologies in business is multi-agent modeling of the activity of an e-commerce enterprise.

Electronic business is a type of business activity that maximizes the use of information resources for company communications. Here, information technologies in professional activities are used primarily to reduce the cost and speed of business processes, as well as provide more convenient services to customers. Agent-oriented technology (AOT) is now successfully used. This multi-agent system is built as a synthesis of subsystems (agents) that operate on the basis of knowledge and use of IT resources.

To implement the model of the simplest e-commerce enterprise, it is necessary to have two types of agents in the system: the sales agent and the buyer agent. The activity of the sales agent is based on the following parameters: description of the goods, preferred date of sale of the goods, the desired price, the most acceptable low price, the function of reducing the price in time. The behavior of the buyer agent is characterized by: the description of the purchased goods, the period of purchase of the goods, the highest price at which he can buy the goods.

All agents are registered in the system before they begin to interact. The buyer-agent requests the system for the availability of the product of interest. The system asks the merchants about the availability of the goods and returns to the buyer information about the sellers and the available product. The buyer agent consistently interviews sellers about the possibility of making a deal. Sellers can accept the offer or make an alternative offer, indicating another desired amount. The seller agent can offer the initial amount or reduce it based on the known price reduction function.

Information technology in the professional activities of the buyer agent and the sales agent, can significantly improve the efficiency of e-business at all stages of its implementation.
