How to turn your house into a gym?

You can perfectly arrange a great gym right at home, and you do not need to take a room under the treadmill! Without much effort and a lot of money spending, you can achieve health promotion by turning the house into a gym without special equipment. You will find these simple tips useful!

Stock up with disposable dishes

First of all, for training you need your body! Your weight is enough for classes, even if you weigh very little. Exercise with your own weight is a great way to get yourself in shape, but you can set yourself and a much more difficult task - use disposable plates to slip! Just put one foot on such a plate when you make attacks, and slip your foot on the floor when you move. If you do not just walk, but slide, you use more muscle, straining and small, necessary for stabilization. You train harder to control your movement. You can put your hands on the plates, when you do push-ups, or both legs - there are a lot of exercises that you can adapt to this technique. The main thing - be careful. If you are not sure that you can control your muscles, it is better to start with more simple exercises.

Make weighting agents from bottles with water

Water is the ideal way to create weighting agents. You can use plastic water bottles as dumbbells. Choose the right size according to its capabilities, in time it will be possible to increase the load. It is worthwhile you arrange a strength training, as the bottles will always be at hand, and you can work out without any problems. You can use such weighting agents for any exercise. An additional bonus is that the water splashes. It may seem that this is a trifle, however, the constant movement of water in the bottle provides a great load on the muscles necessary to control your movements. All this makes plastic bottles an excellent alternative to simulators - they are cheap, convenient and really useful for functional training.

Practice in the kitchen

The kitchen has many chairs and work surfaces, which can also be used to create a gym. If you are engaged in cooking and cleaning all day long, try in parallel to execute several sets of exercises for strength. Start by using kitchen chairs for exercises on the lower part of the body, for example, for squats or even jumps. The same exercises can be done with a bench without a backrest. There are various variations with the load on the legs and the press, which you will perfectly suit. Supplement the load with a bottle of water to make the effect even more pronounced. You can use the work surface of the kitchen for exercises such as push-ups. Just use every free moment for training, and the result will not be long in coming.

Find the balance in the bedroom

You must have been told in your childhood that you should not jump on a bed. But I wanted to jump because the mattress is elastic and balancing on it is not easy, is it? That's what made the process so interesting! Instead of buying a special ball for balance, use the bed as a workout place on the balance sheet. Of course, with this you will need clean clothes, especially for socks. You do not want bacteria to get on your pillows? Remember this when deciding to make a lunging right on the mattress. The bed is also suitable for exercises on flexibility, for example, for performing complexes of yoga.

Take the backpack

You probably have a backpack at home, which is just waiting for you to start using it. Fill it with books, canned food or bottles of water, and then put on. And now you can just do business! Set the timer and half an hour get out, wipe the dust, do laundry. All these things will seem much less simple if you carry them out with a heavy backpack behind your back. If you are energized, you can try to do push-ups or sit-ups. You can use a backpack as a weighting agent. The only restriction in the exercises will be only your imagination. An additional plus of a backpack is that it helps you to control your posture.

Climb the stairs

If you have a staircase at home, in which at least a few steps, you can actively use it. This is a wonderful and simple version of cardio training, for which you only need to walk or run up the stairs. Rise through one step, walk sideways or backwards. Steps can be used in a variety of ways, all of them will help you to come in an excellent shape. Use the ladder every day for at least a few minutes and your silhouette will become tight and attractive.

Relax with a towel

After you have intensively trained, you need to stretch out as well. There is nothing wrong with taking advantage of gravity and own hands to accept your favorite position for stretching. Nevertheless, the special ribbon surprisingly makes the stretching much more effective. If you do not have such a tape, you will need a towel. It will be useful almost any size! Just wrap the towel around your legs when you are stretching for the lower part of the body, and hold the edges in your hands. Drag the towel, and do not strain the body to stretch out more. If you feel tension in the upper body, the towel will help you stretch the muscles of the arms and chest. This is the simplest method that works extremely efficiently. Roll out your pain

The only thing that can be required after a good stretch is a great massage. Instead of buying a special video, take a rolling pin in the kitchen and roll on the legs to get rid of the tension in them. Just hold the rolling pin by the handles and move up and down your legs, in the direction of the muscles. Pause in places where tension seems particularly intense. Move slowly and calmly, trying to do ten or twenty movements on each muscle group. This is a simple and budgetary way to do without a roller and achieve the same result in the shortest possible time.

Use your imagination and start moving

In fact, it does not matter where you train and what equipment you use for this. The only thing that matters is that you give time to your health and try to be more active. Just turn on your favorite music, put a timer and put all your efforts. You can run around the house, do push-ups from the work surface in the kitchen, skip the stairs or dance with the children - all this is in favor. Do not allow yourself to seek excuses just because you do not have a membership card in the gym. If you really want to improve your physical form, you can find opportunities in every everyday moment. The result will necessarily appear, you only need to show a little patience and persistence - and you will be rewarded with a beautiful body by right.
