How to Tighten the Chest

The omission of the breast (in the medical language - ptosis) is the problem with which no woman is to be reconciled. The dangling breast spoils the figure, creates problems with the selection of clothes, becomes a source of complexes.
Omission of the breast is the result of stretching the tissues and losing their elasticity.
As a salvage, plastic surgery, namely mammoplasty, can perform here. With the help of silicone implants, the breast is enlarged, pulled up, removing the excess of stretched tissue. But, the conciliator, plastic is not available to everyone, and the percentage of complications after plastic surgery is high enough. As is known, the mammary gland itself does not have muscles, but the pectoral muscles serve as the skeleton supporting the breast. Here they can be strengthened, which will help tighten the already sagging chest or push back the time of the breast.
Exercises
So, what kind of exercises will help to avoid breastfeeding at a young age, for example, after the period of pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Here is one of the most effective exercises for pectoral muscles.
Fold the palms of both hands and place them in front of the chest. Then, at the same time, squeeze your palms (one palm presses against the other) and slowly raise your hands. Straighten your hands and count to five. Open your hands, lower your arms and relax. Repeat this exercise 20-30 times.
Pushing away from the floor (or from the wall) is another exercise aimed at strengthening the pectoral muscles.
There is a whole complex of exercises that help to prevent the lowering of the chest, using dumbbells.
Here are a few of these exercises.
Starting position: lying on the back. Take in both hands on a dumbbell and straighten your arms up. Then slowly raise your arms to the sides and return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise 10 times.
The same exercise can be performed from standing position. Stand up straight and pull out your hands with dumbbells in front of your chest. Breed and take your hands at a slow pace. Repeat the exercise 10 times.
The next exercise: standing position, hands with dumbbells extended forward palms up. Bend your elbows, pulling dumbbells to your chest, and straighten again. Repeat the exercise 10 times.
Hydromassage
To maintain the elasticity of the skin it is useful to perform a hydromassage. To do this, turn first warm water and direct water jets on the chest, performing circular motions. Then turn on the cool water and repeat the same operation. Do this several times, changing the temperature of the water. After the whirlpool massage the breast with cream or oil.
