For spicy cabbage in Georgian you will need the following products:

  • White cabbage - 2 large forks with a total mass of about 6 kg;
  • Beet fresh medium size - 4-5 pcs .;
  • Large heads of garlic - 6 pcs .;
  • Medium-sized carrots - 5-6 pieces;
  • A few fresh pods of chili pepper (3-4 pcs, lovers of sharp pick up more);
  • Peppercorns (fragrant);
  • Drinking water of 1.5 liters;
  • Salt cooked in quantity - 2-3 spoons (large, with a slide);
