For half a kilo of meat for 150 grams of carrots and onions, salt, 700 grams of potatoes, several cloves of garlic, 50 grams of vegetable oil and 2 glasses of water.

All actions must be performed in a certain sequence:

  1. To begin with, the products must be crushed. Meat is better cut into small pieces, onions - crumble quarters of rings, carrots - straws, garlic - lobules. It is desirable to cut the potato with large pieces.

500 grams of meat, 4 tomatoes, 100 grams of carrots, 5 cloves of garlic, 2 onions, 70 milliliters of vegetable oil, 2 sweet peppers, as well as half a teaspoon of turmeric, salt and ground paprika.

The whole process can be divided into several steps:

  1. At the very beginning, the products must be prepared. To do this, they need to be washed, cleaned and crushed. Beef is best cut into pieces of medium size, and onions with carrots - crumble cubes.
  2. Prepared ingredients are put together in a bowl and pour oil.
