Granola dietary - a healthy breakfast for an active day

Breakfast is the most important meal, because it gives us energy for the whole coming day. But in order to conduct it actively and cheerfully, you need to choose the right dishes, and not have what it takes. For example, fried eggs or a sandwich with sausage will make you only well fed, but at the same time sluggish and slow-moving. But some products, on the contrary, give a lot of strength and a sea of positive. To them just and is the dietary granola, which we will prepare today. Why dietary? Yes, because, unlike the store, it does not contain excess of sugar and harmful trans fats, and all the components included in it, though not low-calorie, but natural, useful, and fat will not go exactly (especially in the morning).

Dietary granola is one of the most popular and favorite breakfasts of Hollywood stars, which boast the best dieticians and, therefore, chic figures. We will be our own dieticians and cooks. In addition, the dish is quite simple, and you can prepare it for future use, so you do not have to stand at the stove every day. It will only be enough to get a jar of granola and organize a breakfast. How? We'll tell you later. And now about what our granola will consist of. The photos given in the article perfectly demonstrate that its composition is diverse and pestr. Although the basis, of course, always flakes. Take oats, and if desired, add a bit of buckwheat, barley and rye. Here we will add the following ingredients to this base (for 4 glasses).

The first recipe is a classic:

  • Vegetable oil - a quarter of a glass;
  • Honey - 4 tablespoons;
  • Cinnamon - 1-2 teaspoons;
  • Seeds and nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, walnuts, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, etc.) - if desired, approximately a glass;
  • Dried fruits (raisins, dried apricots and prunes, dried cherries and cranberries, etc.) - also to taste, not more than a glass.

First, you need to lightly heat the honey, so that it becomes more liquid (but do not overheat and do not bring to a boil). Add vegetable oil to it and mix thoroughly. Next, pour all the dry ingredients - cereals, nuts, dried fruits and cinnamon. Stir to ensure that the mixture is completely covered with honey-oil syrup. Larger form for baking or baking sheet is lined with parchment paper and we spread our future granola evenly. We put in the oven preheated to 160 degrees for half an hour. Every 5-7 minutes you need to get and mix the mixture, so that it is better dried and does not turn into one lump that can not be broken. When the granola cools down, put it in a sealed jar and put it in a dry place. Done.

We have in stock one more granola dietary, it is even less caloric and more useful than the previous version.

The second recipe is apple:

  • Almonds / almond petals - half a cup;
  • Sunflower seeds - half glass;
  • Sesame seeds - 40 grams;
  • Cinnamon - a teaspoon;
  • Ginger ground - half a teaspoon;
  • Apple puree unsweet - glass;
  • Honey liquid - 3 tbsp. L .;
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. L.

The cooking process is the same. Mix in two separate bowls of dry and liquid components, and then combine and mix them thoroughly. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet with parchment and bake at 150 degrees for half an hour - 40 minutes. Mix every 10 minutes. Granola dietary is ready. Cool it and store it in a sealed container.

And now about how to eat breakfast with this delicious dish. There are a lot of variations:

  • Pour thick natural yogurt, kefir or milk;
  • Pour with natural orange juice;
  • Sprinkle with fresh berries, add to fruit salad;
  • Use as a stuffing for a baked apple.
