The growth and development of any company is inextricably linked with such a concept as the effectiveness of process and personnel management. Despite the fact that this term becomes very popular among managers and training managers, it does not have a scientific definition and at the moment is practically not developed by scientists. Modern management efficiency is in many respects an applied concept connected with the increase of the firm's profitability due to competent management decisions, personnel policy and the proper allocation of resources at the enterprise.

Another term related to the effectiveness of management is productivity. They are often confused with each other and mistakenly believe that they are one and the same. In fact, these two concepts are closely related. Productivity is the amount of products created relative to the cost of it. It is not always related to how the enterprise is managed. Sometimes this can be the result of a good material base. Increasing the effectiveness of the organization's management, its productivity will necessarily grow. This process is the use of available resources to achieve the goal. The development and implementation of new technologies, training of personnel, reuse of materials suggests that management effectiveness is increasing.

We must understand that this is, first of all, a process that covers all areas of the enterprise's operation, which optimizes it. In order to improve the organizational effectiveness of management, it is necessary to clearly define the goals and objectives, to identify the ways of intensive development, to delineate and determine the powers of employees, to identify all available resources, to motivate staff, and to systematically monitor the progress of all works at each stage of production.

In other words, it is only possible to improve the efficiency of management by setting clear targets and determining the ways to solve them, based on a thorough analysis of the problem.

Even with great financial resources, but passive personnel, one can not talk about the development prospects of the organization. You can motivate employees in many ways. These include wage increases, bonuses, career growth, penalties and penalties, social benefits and so on. Team spirit helps to increase productivity and motivate people to achieve ever larger goals.

The effectiveness of management also depends on the adoption of managerial decisions. They should be as thoughtful as possible and provide all possible options for the development of events. In order to evaluate the ongoing process, you must constantly monitor all actions in the company. This will allow you to see the quality of the work of employees and the manager in dynamics. The development of an enterprise is possible only with the maximum effective use of all its resources, and the search for opportunities for their replenishment.
