From 4-5 glasses of wheat flour and one glass of kefir mix the dough. Mix a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of seeds into the dough. Give the test half an hour to stand. Now you can roll and bake. The baking oven is delicious in a hastily not necessarily oil. It's faster and easier to do it in the oven. Preheat the oven, put baking paper on the baking sheet, and on it - a cake. Puncture with a fork and bake for 10 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees.

Recipe with cheese

With kefir test, you can bake delicious cheese cakes in a hurry. There are three options:

The first option, with a kefir test in the oven. Hard cheese is cut into cubes, with sides about 1 cm, gently interferes with the dough. It is baked as usual, at a temperature of 220 degrees, for 10 minutes.

The second option, with cheese filling. Roll out two identical cakes. Hard cheese rubbed on a coarse grater and put in the middle of one loaf, about a tablespoon. The edge of the cake is smeared with egg white. On the cake with cheese is put another, well pressed and pierced with a fork. To give a larger plane, you should roll a roll with a rolling pin. In order not to tear the dough and squeeze out the cheese, do not press hard on the rolling pin.

The third option, with cheese sprinkle. Roll out the cake, pierce it with a fork and sprinkle it with grated cheese.
