- half a kilogram of minced meat, any: beef, pork or mixture;
- 50 ml of milk;

- to taste a little salt and pepper.

Bread soak in milk, it will be enough to lower it into the liquid for 5 minutes, and then turn it into a soft, homogeneous mass with the help of hands or a blender. Mix with ground meat, salt and pepper. By the way, if you want to get airy, melting meat balls in your mouth, pass the meat through the meat grinder 2-3 times. Preparation of meatballs does not take you and 20 minutes: moisten your hands with water or egg whites and from the mass mold a small, with a walnut kolobok. Not necessarily every time, preparing a soup, to do a new serving. You can completely freeze some of the balls and use the workpiece later. To do this, proceed as follows: place the meatballs on a cutting board and put it in the freezer for several hours.
