But he is a close relative of the carp. It's the same big one, it has similar juicy and dense meat, but not so many bones. The only difference is that the carp could not be made to breed in ponds and fish farms. The carp was more "domesticated". Therefore, if you unexpectedly get yourself a carp, do not worry. All culinary recipes, in which carp appears, are suitable for this "wild" fish.

But here, nevertheless, we will give several recipes for how to cook carp. This fish is good for any cooking. You can cook it for a couple of minutes, just frying in floury breading. You can make stuffed jelly sazana as the main decoration of the festive table. You can also grind his meat for minced meat and fry delicious fish cutlets or little bits. But first the carcass must be cleaned from the scales, remove the insides and gills. It is also desirable to marinate it for a quarter of an hour in a mixture of lemon juice and vegetable oil with salt. After that, roll the pieces of fish in the flour, and boldly lay them in the heated sunflower oil.

Now that we have learned how to prepare sazana in a frying pan in the fastest way, we will complicate the task. We clean the fish, cut it into pieces, let it go. We cut the cut bulb in butter, pour three tablespoons of white dry wine, boil for five minutes. Three tomatoes are scalded with boiling water, remove the skin from them, cut them into pieces and put them in a frying pan along with a few chopped champignons. Boil the sauce for 3-5 minutes, then pour the fish.

Another way to prepare sazana with sauce is to extinguish it. Pour the vegetable oil on the frying pan so that it completely covers the bottom, heat it. We lay out slightly pickled pieces of fish and fry for a quarter of an hour on medium heat. Pour into the pan 100 g cognac and ignite. We remove from the plate, we wait, when alcohol will burn. Again, return the frying pan to the burner, add a little water and stew under the lid for 10 minutes. After that, we pour fish 300 grams of fatty sour cream, sprinkle with spices and simmer for another half an hour on a slow fire.

In the matter of how to prepare carp, do not discount the way cooking, such as baking in the oven. The fish can be laid on a baking tray "solo", and it is possible and in a chorus with vegetables - potatoes, cauliflower, peas, onions, broccoli or carrots. To protect carp from drying out in the oven, it can be wrapped in aluminum foil or covered with a "blanket" of any sauce. The simplest of them is to mix 150 g of sour cream (or mayonnaise) with egg and a quarter of a glass of milk.

How to cook sazana for a holiday? We remove the head, skin and backbone, we put them to cook together with the roots for soup and spices. Onion and champignons stew until ready. Then we pass through the meat grinder mushrooms, boiled pulp of fish and soaked in milk bun. We divorce two eggs with broth, mix with minced meat and add a spoonful of manga. With this mixture we fill the carcass of carp and cook it in broth over low heat for an hour. From the spoon of gelatin, two glasses of broth, two egg whites and a lemon, prepare the jelly. We fill them with cooled fish.
