If you accurately measure your foot length, from the thumb to the heel, and know the length along the insole of the rollers, then if these two values match, you can 99% say that the rollers will fit you!

- If your weight exceeds 50 kg, do not buy roller skates with adjustable size. These videos are designed for children, adolescents, in extreme cases for very slender girls

2) The boot. He must keep his foot and be reliable. There are clips on snaps, on lacing, and a combination of these elements + Velcro. Stronger than all you can tighten your foot in the rollers on snaps or on the lacing + snaps, which is necessary for a beginner! Only lacing, or lacing + velcro gives more freedom, this is for more experienced skaters.

3) Wheels. Made of polyurethane (if the polyurethane is transparent and soft, often say gel wheels). They differ in hardness (78A, 80A, 95A), diameter (72mm, 76mm, 80mm), bearing accuracy class (Abec-1, Abec-3, Abec-5). Helpful Hints:

- If you ride in the street, the wheels are better harder, if the rollerdrome is softer. But if it turned out on the contrary, it does not matter!

- in the course of time dirt gets in the bearings, and the bearing accuracy class after a couple of days of skating does not play such a big role. You can certainly disassemble the wheels every day and lubricate, but this is long and not critical. Abec-1 is usually put in children's rollers, Abec-3, Abec-5 are the most common bearings.

4) For what? A popular question for sellers: why take the videos for freeskate or freeride :)

- Yes, how do I know, I would like to ride, but understand how to go and turn!

Exactly. All these clever words are not for the beginner! Aggressions, he certainly will not buy, because they jump on the rails, curbs, etc., and that this learns you need to have a good base of skills of ordinary riding. The same with running and hockey rollers. The so-called frisquee rollers, which translates as "free skating," are nothing more than fitness with a shorter frame. They are characterized by greater maneuverability, but less stability and are considered semi-professional, so for a complete beginner this is not exactly what you need. From the above, the conclusion follows, and just my advice - as the first videos take fitness - the most common, roller skates, in which you can confidently and gladly start learning how to skate for the first year!

5) Manufacturers. There are many, I will briefly review the most basic:

- Nike - USA. Who is this, I do not think I need to explain. Rollers are not the main direction of the company, but they still do it on conscience.
