  • Water (500 ml);
  • ascorbic acid.

Cooking method

Fill with boiling water tea bags (best to take black). We insist ten minutes. We pour the tea leaves into the bottle. Dilute with cold water.   • ½ avocado;
  • Mint leaves;
  • Yoghurt (35 ml);
  • salt;
  • ½ cucumber;
  • Milk (35 ml);
  • ice;
  • chilli.

Cooking method

Put the avocado and cucumber in the blender. We break it down. We add milk, yogurt, salt and mint. Once again turn on the blender. And at the very end, add ice to the mixture. Before you drink, drop a pinch of chili.
