So, we are interested in that mini-hotel, which is located on the Battery. The private sector in Vityazevo is located in such a way that it is far to go to beaches from everywhere. From the private hotel "Sunny House" to the sea you need to get about twenty minutes of calm pace. But the reviews say that Batareinaya Street is close to shops and various cafes. But the area itself is quiet and calm.

Guest house "Sunny House" (Vityazevo) is a two brick building on 2 and three floors. Almost all rooms have individual balconies. With some you can see a blue sea far away. The territory of the mini-hotel is surrounded by a high stone fence. Inside there is a parking, a swimming pool, a children's playground, a brazier, an open veranda with a TV with a large screen and satellite channels. There is a shared kitchen in the guest house, which guests can use. The reviews state that no queues or crush were observed. In the kitchen there is a gas, electric cooker, an oven, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, several large spacious refrigerators. There are utensils for cooking and dining utensils. Around the pool are sunbeds for sunbathing. The yard is paved with beautiful tiles, there are flower beds.

There are double and triple rooms, some of them quite spacious enough to accommodate an additional guest. Reviews argue that such placement is more profitable. After all, a guest who has taken up an extra seat pays less. But all rooms are equipped with new and comfortable furniture. The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom. The room has all the amenities: TV, air conditioning. In the superior rooms there is a refrigerator. Rooms are cleaned every three days. Bed linen is changed after five to seven days.

Sea and pool

Guest house "Sunny House" (Vityazevo) is located in an ecologically clean area. Twenty minutes of walking - and you are already on the wide sandy beaches of the resort. In Vityazevo, a small sunset in the sea, which makes the village a favorite place for a family holiday. But if you think that the sea is far away, then the alternative to the water element is a swimming pool. It is small, as tourists say, four by eight meters, but clean and warm. Next to the pool there are sunbeds. If in the mini-hotel there are very little kids, for them they inflate their tank filled with warm water.

Infrastructure

This guest house welcomes tourists traveling with pets. Free parking is provided for motorists. In the rooms and on the territory there is a fast and free Wi-Fi. Children can ride on a swing, and for toddlers there are highchairs and a manege. There are also paid services. Their list includes the use of sauna and sauna, washing clothes, transfer from and to the airport or train station.
