Greenhouses "Uralochka." Mounting Features

The purpose of the hothouse "Uralochka" is to create the most favorable microclimate for growing crops on private and country plots. It is a metal structure made of a profile pipe coated with an anticorrosive polymer coating, which is applied in the factory.

The framework of the greenhouse "Uralochka"

The frame, which has increased strength, is made of a 20 mm 20 mm steel profile. The height is 2 m, the width is about 2.5-3 m. The "Uralochka" hothouse does not require a foundation installation and can be mounted directly on the ground. All steel structural elements are covered with polymer anticorrosive paint, protecting the greenhouse from rust, temperature drop and negative atmospheric influence.

The attachment to the ground is made by the pins provided. In the frame there are 2 end doors and 2 windows. The kit includes all necessary nuts, locks, screws, handles, wind hooks and screws for fixing polycarbonate. If necessary, it is possible to complete the greenhouse separately with side windows.

Greenhouse "Uralochka" reinforced differs from standard models by the presence of a more rigid frame due to an increase in the number of arcs going through every 67 cm, and not as in conventional models after 1m.

Benefits

  • The construction of the greenhouse "Uralochka" due to the arched structure is able to withstand increased snow and wind load.
  • Durability of the construction due to anti-corrosion coating.
  • There is the possibility of lengthening the "Uralochka" greenhouse by means of an extension block, which is very convenient.
  • Complete the complete set of all necessary elements for building a greenhouse.
  • Cellular polycarbonate, which is covered with greenhouses, is a durable, reliable and light material with low weight and high thermal conductivity.
  • To install the frame, no foundation is needed.

Greenhouse equipment

The set of greenhouses includes all the necessary elements for a sufficiently reliable fastening of the coating. In addition, an illustrated detailed instruction with all stages of the assembly is attached.

The "Uralochka" hothouse has the smallest number of parts, which greatly speeds up the assembly and allows you to install the structure even with your own hands.

The packed frame of the greenhouse is compact enough. It includes the following units:

  • Base and longitudinal ties - 1 piece;
  • End-ends in assembly - 1 piece;
  • Arches of a greenhouse - 1 piece;
  • Fasteners and accessories, the passport and the instruction on assemblage and installation - 1 pcs.

Assembly

The building of a greenhouse made of polycarbonate "Uralochka" is carried out quickly enough: 2 people can do it in 3-4 hours, while having a minimum number of tools.

Stages of assembly

  • First of all, you need to select a site and level the surface of the earth.
  • Before carrying out the assembly of the frame, close the ends with honeycomb polycarbonate. This is done as follows: on a leveled and hard surface, cut using a construction knife along a ruler of 3 sheets of polycarbonate, the length of which is 2 m, and the width is 2.1 m. The package with the ends of the greenhouse is then unpacked. One of them is laid horizontally so that the door and the window above it open face up directly. On the surface of the end put a sheet of cellular polycarbonate upside-down (it is indicated on the protective film). Preliminary, a special protective film should be removed from the inside of the sheet.
  • In the same way, the other end is closed with polycarbonate.
  • Now the level and the base of the greenhouse are assembled and installed from the pipe.
  • Installed sheaths with a coating and connect with the bases.
  • On the guides are installed arcs. The arcs and ends are joined by longitudinal ties.
  • The carcass is fixed to the ground. To do this, drive into the holes that are located in the corners of the frame and at the junction of the base parts, pins.

The installation of polycarbonate on the frame of the greenhouse begins with the edges of the frame.

  • A sheet of polycarbonate is laid on the arc.
  • The packed material is fixed with screws.
  • Similarly, the opposite part of the frame is closed. The middle part is covered with the last third sheet and fixed with screws. Then polycarbonate sheets are fixed to the base.
  • The final stage is the installation of handles on the door.
