Longitudinal supports are installed in steps of 70-100 centimeters. In this case, the use of fasteners is reduced to the minimum value. The right choice of step can ensure maximum reliability and save money. When installing the panels, it is necessary to take into account the thermal expansion, leaving a gap between the thermowell leg and the leaf at least two to three millimeters.

When the installation of polycarbonate is carried out, the location of the stiffeners is taken into account. The panel should be installed so that the accumulated condensate can flow freely on the honeycombs and come out. If this material is used outdoors, then it is recommended to choose products with a special protective layer, which can protect from the effects of ultraviolet rays.
