Suzanne Toldi: Biography
The Hungarian fitness model was born on November 9, 1982 in the town of Devecher. In 2001, she decided to change her place of residence and moved to Budapest, where she began to take the first steps in the sporting career. Purposefulness and perseverance made Suzanne Toldi an active athlete and coach, motivating to active action.
The first awarding of the fitness model took place in 2004. And after 8 years Suzanne was able to win in the bodyfitness category at the championship "Arnold Classic Europe". Now the sportswoman wears the title of fitness model of the international class, works as a personal mentor and manager in the fitness club. Employment does not prevent a girl from traveling to different continents and taking part in tournaments and championships.
Suzanne Toldi is one of the few members of the Scitec Nutrition team, which is worthy of patronage. On May 17, 2014, the sportswoman took part in the Bodi Power Pro, where, thanks to perseverance and regular training, she won the main prize in the Womens Figure category. This moment was marked for Suzanne getting a statuette with an ideal female figure and a check for 3 thousand dollars.
Nutrition fitness model
Despite the beautiful figure, Suzanne Toldi uses carbohydrates twice a day. However, they allow themselves only in small volumes. Most often these are vegetables, fresh or cooked in a double boiler. To fill the body with protein, the fitness model eats seafood, beef, fish and classic chicken. She is very fond of fruit, but uses them only after the end of the competition at the first stage of the diet.
Sports nutrition: a scheme and principles
Suzanne Toldi's day begins with the use of amino acids. Then follows a protein bar or a cocktail. The first meal is accompanied by minerals and vitamins. During the day the athlete continues to consume amino acids and without sugar. Before training, Suzanne takes a special complex, tablets of arginine or caffeine. And after classes the sportswoman takes for BCAA in the form of capsules or a drink together with a protein cocktail and such useful antioxidants. The last meal is also combined with minerals and vitamins.
Normal week in the gym
Suzanne Toldi works as a personal trainer from 14 to 20 hours. After that, she takes care of her body for another two hours. When her room is occupied, she can join friends and train with other bodybuilders. In the opinion of the sportswoman herself, such a change of scenery helps to focus on the goal.
