Fishing Secrets: Feeder Tackle
To date, feeder tackle is, perhaps, one of the most popular methods of fishing for peaceful fish. It is attractive because the fisherman will not miss even the most insignificant bites. The feeder is equipped with special interchangeable tips, and they provide such a high sensitivity of tackle. But this is not the most important plus. Only the feeder can ensure the fishing of fish in a strictly defined point of the reservoir. At the same time it does not matter at all what the current of the river is or the distance from the shore. In addition, it can safely be said that the feeder tackle is the most optimal option for fishing in windy weather.
1. Light (light) - from 30 to 40 g.
2. Medium (medium) - from 90 to 120 g.
3. Heavy (heavy) - more than 120 g.
In grams, of course, the weight of the rod itself is indicated, but the maximum weight that can be thrown. It is logically not difficult to understand that the light feeder tackle, its other name "picker", is used for fishing without a feeder on a small sinker. In this case, the place is fed with a slingshot. Of course, fishing for a picker is possible only in stagnant waters or from a boat on a river with a slightly pronounced current. The medium of medium use is the largest, they are the most popular among anglers. Perfectly suitable for fishing with a trough, and with a sinker. They are effective both on rivers and on calm lakes. Finally, heavy rods are good only on rivers with a strongly pronounced current.
It is worth considering in more detail and the structure of the feeder rod. The main part of it is stiff, since it is required to withstand heavy loads when casting. Flexible and thin is just the tip, its purpose is to register even the easiest bite. When casting, its effect is almost minimal. Very often assembly of feeder tackle implies in the set several exchangeable vertices with different rigidity.
