Final State Attestation

What is the state attestation of educational institutions? We reveal the main features of such a process, the algorithm of actions.

Option

The state final attestation is carried out according to the basic educational programs. The main purpose of its conduct is to determine the level of training of graduates. There is a certain procedure for conducting such a procedure, approved by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.

Varieties

The state final certification for graduates of the secondary level of education is carried out in the form of a unified state examination. In addition, since 2015 the final essay has been additionally introduced. There are certain rules and an algorithm for conducting such events, which should be mentioned in more detail.

The final essay for graduates

State attestation in this form was introduced last academic year. The expediency of introducing such a form was determined by the president of the country. The children are offered various topics on which they must write their essays in the form of reasoning (essays) for three academic hours. The evaluation of works is carried out according to five criteria. To obtain a test, you must use three criteria.

The minimum norm of the composition is 250 words. If you receive a non-vote in the spring of the current academic year, graduates are given the opportunity to rewrite the essay. Note that without the presence of a positive mark (credit) for this type of certification graduates are deprived of the right to take compulsory subjects that give the right to receive a certificate of secondary education.

Compulsory subjects

The state certification of graduates of 11 classes assumes the surrender of two compulsory academic disciplines: mathematics and the Russian language. As for the other items, the surrender of which is possible in the form of USE, they are optional, are chosen at the request of the student himself.

If one of the compulsory subjects graduates surrenders to the mark "unsatisfactory", he gets the right to his retake in the schedule established by the USE schedule. When the "two" mark is received on two compulsory subjects, retaking is prohibited.

A graduate receives a certificate of completion of the course, but does not give him a certificate of secondary education . He gets the right to re-surrender of compulsory examinations only after a year.

Subjects of your choice

State certification of secondary school graduates involves the surrender of elective subjects, which are included in the list of academic disciplines, the surrender of which is allowed in the form of USE. After the introduction of the basic and profile level in mathematics, as an optional test, the students can take a sophisticated level in this subject. This is relevant for graduates who have chosen technical schools for continuing education.

The state certification in the form of USE is conducted in biology, chemistry, social studies, foreign language, physics, computer science, history, geography. For each academic subject is assumed its own duration of the exam, there are certain requirements.

The procedure for conducting

What is the peculiarity of the state final certification? Educational institutions need to submit a full database of graduates to the regional center for assessing the quality of education by February 1. In addition to the passport data of each child, the database indicates additional items to be selected for delivery in the form of USE. Each child writes an application addressed to the head of the general education institution, in which he indicates all the items, and puts a personal signature.

The parents of the schoolchild must give their consent. After February 1, there must be a good reason for entering new academic disciplines into the database, while the child has the right to refuse to take optional subjects until the day of the exam itself.

On the day of the exam, a graduate with a passport comes to the point of passing the unified state examination, brings with him a Russian passport, a black (gel) pen.

Depending on the specifics of the subject being handed over, it is allowed to use additional subjects in the examination. On the Unified State Exam on Chemistry and Physics, for example, you can bring an unprogrammed calculator. The graduate passes to the audience, he gives personal things to the organizer, for the time of the examination they are placed in a special safe.

Among the latest innovations - the use during the final certification of surveillance cameras. Any attempts to use hints, mobile phone are fixed by the organizer in the protocol, the results of this student are canceled.

The results of the final attestation can be found in the educational institution where the final certification was held. In addition, there is an opportunity to find the results on the official website.

The program of state certification in all subjects, as well as the timing of the examinations, the planned days of publication of the results, are presented on the official site of the unified state examination. They can also be found in the general education school, in which the graduate will undergo final attestation.

How to challenge the results of the final attestation

Those graduates of secondary school who are not satisfied with points obtained on the USE, can appeal. It is necessary to do this within three days after getting acquainted with the results. You can apply in the general educational institution where the student passed the final certification. If the commission decides to review the results in the direction of their increase, the graduate will receive additional points for the contested academic discipline.

Certification of graduates of the main school

Ninth-graders undergo final attestation in the form of OGE. For them, the following subjects are compulsory: mathematics and Russian. In addition, they must choose from the proposed list two more subjects. The procedure for conducting the OGE is similar to a single state examination, including the possibility of filing an appeal.
