Facing siding

Exterior decoration of houses in addition to decorative purposes has also a protective. "Clothes" at home are needed in the same way as for people. There are many options for finishing houses. Let's see from an economic point of view:

  • Facade thermal panels - at a price option from expensive to economical;
  • Porcelain stoneware is an expensive option;
  • Tiles for natural stone, for artificial stone - and an expensive option, and with restrictions;
  • Facing glass - expensive, rare, for the imagination of designers;
  • Siding - the most profitable option, at a cost from economical to medium.

Facing siding is characterized by strength, reliability and durability, the quality of the surface, which does not require additional processing. Siding is moisture and frost-resistant, reliably protects the building from harmful environmental influences.

There are five types of siding: aluminum, steel, vinyl siding (polyvinyl chloride - PVC), fiber cement, wood, or lining.

Facing of facades with siding is most often performed by vinyl (you can hear "plastic lining"). The service life is up to 50 years, it is mounted easily and at any time of the year, it hides the defects of the facade well, does not decay, it has a large color gamut. But the choice of material is always for the customer.

Almost every facade of the house is siding with its own hands. This process begins with the installation of the frame (can be metal or wooden). The guides are set in steps of approximately 60 cm. The fastening elements (screws) are selected depending on the frame material, small in length and with large hats.

The space between the wall and the siding panels can be used for laying the insulation. Only at this moment, do not miss the installation of the hydraulic tarball. Further, the siding with siding involves the installation of the level of the corner elements of the socle and (if you put it) of the socle siding. Then, ebbs are set and then the starting slats, onto which the panels are fastened.

Facing siding always starts from the bottom, with the installation of starting slats. Then comes the installation of internal and external corner elements, ji-bars, window frames and finishing laths. Then it is necessary to perform the most laborious and complicated decoration of the cornices: installation of curtain poles, soffits (siding sheets with holes for ventilation) and short front sheets vertically (looks better and you can use the remains of long sheets).

Elements are fastened with clamps (staples) or self-tapping screws. Facing siding cornices provides as much as possible fastenings, because the cornices are at an altitude of 9 meters, and the wind there is very strong.

From the instrument you will need: a bulgarian with a circle for metal with a diameter of 100 -125 mm, a roof scissors, a knife with a short blade, a construction square, a hacksaw for metal, a pencil, levels, a cord, a hammer, a screwdriver.

Facing siding is conducted with minus tolerances, tk. The siding sheet can change its length to 1 cm, depending on the variation in seasonal temperatures. Fasteners should not be screwed to the stop for the same reason.

Window openings are easiest to arrange, taking the window elements for the width of the siding. Framed along the perimeter and lateral sides (cutting sheets at an angle of 45 degrees), and the bottom is closed by an ebb. It protrudes behind the wall of the wall by 5 cm. If there are any cracks somewhere - use white silicone.

By color it is more reasonable to select pastel colors - they fade less. It does not fade white at all. Impressive and a combination of dark background and white finishing elements.

Facing siding is economically beneficial, the material is easy to clean, protect the house, keep the heat. As for the washing - you need to periodically do it, because Siding is electrified and dust and small debris "stick" to it. But such little things do not really matter on the background of an attractive and cozy home.
