Elin Krantz: photo, biography. The story of Elin Krantz

September 2010 shocked the world with the brutal murder of Swedish girl Elin Krantz. The photos taken at the scene of the events, and the sowing day horrify a large part of the population of this country. And the most sad is that the killer was the one whose rights the girl defended throughout her life.

So who was Elin Krantz? Why did she struggle and how did she see the future of her country? And why is her death considered an evil joke, prepared by fate itself?

Sweden today

Perhaps, we should start not with Elin Krantz, but with her country. After all, a special role in this whole event was played by the multinationality of Sweden. Her ardent desire to create an idyll in which all cultures can live peacefully under one sky. But, alas, such motivations quite often lead to sad consequences.

It should be noted that in Sweden there are a number of social programs aimed at improving the lives of newcomers. For example, they are paid cash benefits, help with finding a job and finding a place to live. Given such state support, it is not surprising that today in Sweden every fifth citizen is newcomer.

Part of the country's population is against such a development of events, because the trend leads to the fact that over the course of years the Swedes as a nation can completely disappear from the face of the earth. And they can be understood here. But there are others like Elin Krantz, who advocate mixing cultures. Unfortunately, only at the last moment of her life does she know what her desire for tolerance can lead to.

Elin Krantz: Biography

Despite the great interest in the girl's personality, a lot of information about her was hidden. In particular, Elin's parents insisted on this, since they did not want to take the daughter's private life on public display.

It is only known that Elin Krantz was born in a Swiss town called Gothenburg. Here she lived all her short life, enjoying the small joys of being and socializing with friends. In the same city, she graduated from high school and entered a university, in which, in fact, she found her like-minded people.

Otherwise, Elin Krantz's personal life is a complete mystery. Even on her Facebook page, almost nothing remains, except for a few photos and records on the wall.

The struggle for equality in Sweden

Much more information is about her social activities. So, Elin Krantz was an ardent fighter for the rights of immigrants in Sweden. However, this desire for tolerance was observed in her from an early age, but her parents do not know what prompted her daughter to such a worldview.

Together with like-minded people, she created a special publicity on Facebook called "We like diversity". Most of the material published on it is devoted to respect for other races. The guys called for cordiality to treat people from the Middle East and black. And this is not all that the girls from this group offered to do.

Their main goal was to promote the idea of mixing different cultures. And for this, in their opinion, any methods, including sex, are good. A vivid proof of this is a video called "Mingle", the contents of which, to put it mildly, dissolute.

Perhaps such actions of girls would have been left without proper attention, were it not for the tragic events that occurred with Elin.

Elin Krantz: a story that struck the whole world

No wonder they say that fate has a rather specific sense of humor. This time, she demonstrated the veracity of this statement, and in a rather cruel way. And it all happened on September 26, 2010 in the hometown of Elin Krantz Gothenburg.

That day the girl rested with her friends in a local club and, of course, stayed there late. When she went out, it was almost five o'clock in the morning, but instead of going home by taxi, Elin sat on the first tram approached. This was the fateful mistake that decided her fate.

It was here that the killer noticed her and chose as her victim. When the girl left the tram, he followed her. Having reached the park, the guy, like a wild beast, attacked her from the darkness. In what he did, there was no hint of compassion or humanity: he not only raped Elin, but also stabbed her to death with stones. And even this did not stop him: as doctors say, the lifeless body of a girl has long been abused.

Having finished his bloody affair, the murderer hid the corpse under a pile of stones in the hope that he would not be found. But his aspirations did not come true, and soon a bitter truth surfaced. Fortunately, the Swedish police quickly calculated the killer, using local surveillance cameras. However, the name of the criminal was kept secret for a long time, hoping to avoid the resonance that it can cause in the people.

Who was the killer?

The light on the murder of Elin Krantz was shed by Anders Lander, a deputy of the Swiss parliament. As it turned out, they were a black native of Somalia, who came here in the hope of a better future. This is all the irony and tragedy of this story: a girl who fought for the rights of immigrants, died at the hands of one of them. And she was not just killed, but brutally mutilated and raped.

But even more shocking is that the murderer is only 23 years old, and he had a wife and two children. What is true, Efram Johannes (the name of the criminal) never differed in exemplary behavior and sincerity. He was an ordinary loafer who did not want to look for a job and lived on one allowance. And it was such a non-human who killed 27-year-old Elin Krantz.

The final of the story

The trial went fairly quickly, and Efram received ... 16 years in prison. Many consider such a measure of punishment too mild, considering all the circumstances of the case. But the judge's decision is not subject to appeal.

Much sadder is that the case with Elin Krantz has not taught anyone anything. Naturally, some have become thoughtful, but these were only a few of the population of this country. As for Anders Lander, who discovered the whole truth, he had to listen to a lot of dirt for a long time from the mouth of the fighters for equality. Say, this person commits a murder, but not a nationality. Alas, only time will show what will lead to such a policy in Sweden and who was right in these tensions around the country's multinationality.
