One of the popular and most delicious snacks is a roll of eggplant. The recipe is simple and fast. Vegetables can be served with different fillings: from cheese, vegetables, cottage cheese. We offer several methods of preparation.

You will need:

  • Several long and smooth eggplants (3-4 pieces);
  • 1 large tomato;
  • A pair of cloves of garlic;
  • Dill and parsley;
  • Salt, pepper, vinegar;
  • For roasting: 50 grams of vegetable oil.

How to cook a roll of eggplant? The recipe for this dish will not cause difficulties. Peel the aubergines, cut them into longitudinal slices of small thickness (about 5 mm).
