Effective educational activity is the main factor for the successful development of the student

In the conditions of the development of modern social society, a special activity is required of the child - the educational activity. Activities - this is not something taken for granted for a child who has just come to school. As such, it is absent, and it must be formed in the form of the ability to learn. In younger school age, this should be the main task. The main difficulty encountered in the path of this formation is that the motive of the child who has just arrived at school is in no way connected with the actions that he must perform. The schoolboy is more inclined to perform socially valued and socially significant activities, so without the introduction of cognitive motivation to form the ability to learn will not be easy.

Definition

So, what is learning activity? The definition is as follows: it is an activity that guides the student toward himself, requiring an assessment of "what I was before" and "what I have become now". The process of own changes is determined by the subject as a new subject. Therefore, any educational activity is, first of all, an assessment of the results of the student's actions. Equally important for junior schoolchildren is the need for teacher control and self-monitoring, which form their ability to plan activities. Attempts to distinguish between examples of reasoning and attempts to build them give the student the opportunity to review and evaluate their own actions and thoughts from the outside. This skill is based on such an important quality as reflection, allowing you to objectively and reasonably analyze your own actions and judgments in terms of their compliance with the conditions and design of the activity.

Structure

Also, educational activity is a form of personal activity of the student, which has a complex structure. This structure consists of:

1. Educational situations (tasks), that is, what the student must learn.

2. Educational activities - changes in the educational material for the successful mastering by his student. A pupil must do this to discover the properties of the subject he is studying.

3. Actions of self-control. These are the instructions of the teacher regarding the correctness and conformity of the actions to the sample.

4. Actions of self-assessment: the student was able to achieve the result or not.

Involvement in activities

Consistently involve students in the educational activities will help the theory of the gradual formation of various mental actions. Educational activity of schoolchildren does not arise immediately, but is built in the process of working interaction with the teacher. By analogy with the mastery of objective actions at an early age, it will be correct to say that at first everything depends on the teacher "acting with the pupil's hands". However, activities at school age are performed with ideal objects (sounds, numbers), and the "hands of the teacher" is his brain. Educational activity is exactly the same objective activity, but since its subject is purely theoretical, joint activity is very difficult. For its implementation, the materialization of objects is necessary.
