Economic analysis of the enterprise

From the point of view of the theory of knowledge, analysis is an integral part of the study of phenomena and processes, it is carried out, relying on the division of the object into separate parts, highlighting the basic properties, qualities, functions and connections between them, and also determining the patterns that unite these objects.

The subject of economic analysis determines the main principles of the enterprise. This is a definite goal, completeness, coherence, systematic and uniform time frames.

Carrying out economic analysis, it is necessary to begin with the definition of the equipment of the enterprise by the basic means and how rationally they are used. First of all, it is necessary to determine whether the enterprise has provided them, to identify available reserves and plan activities to improve the use of immobilized funds.

It is also necessary to calculate general and partial indicators for each direction of funds, identify the reasons for their change. Continue economic analysis follows the characteristics of the movement and technical condition of fixed assets and a comparison of these indicators.

- the possibility of attracting first-class employees.

The economic analysis assumes consideration of the enterprise from its competitiveness in the market. In the conditions of development of market relations management of competitiveness is one of the most urgent problems of the organization. The stronger the competition in the market, the more effort is required to attach to the enterprise.

Competitive advantages of an economic entity is a concentrated manifestation of superiority over competitors in the technical, economic, organizational spheres of activity. They can be measured by economic indicators: profitability, market share, profitability, sales volume, etc.

Economic analysis of the financial condition of the enterprise. First of all, this is an assessment of the real situation of the organization. Also, this justification of the values of revenues and expenditures in the forecast expression and the identification of the reserves of the enterprise in order to establish real opportunities for the effective and smooth operation of the organization.

The structure of the material outlined is oriented to three main directions in economic analysis: providing a systematic approach to the characteristics of the enterprise, evaluating competitive positions and effective application of analytical work in the organization.
