Easter greetings

The word "Easter" is translated literally as "deliverance" or "liberation". All Orthodox consider this day to be the main event of the year, and Easter greetings to the traditional folk ritual. Easter is one of the most significant of the existing twelve Christian holidays. It is from her that the other memorable days and church holidays count.

The Orthodox are very fond of Easter and are carefully prepared for it. The great Easter day traditionally begins with liturgical liturgy. Singing Easter greetings are heard under the arches of the church. On this day, believers in families rush to church to pray, and the house smells of fresh pastry. But the most important thing is that people with a smile turn to each other and Easter congratulations are heard everywhere. They come from the very depth of the soul, from the heart, every person wants to say kind words and wish good, prosperity and bright spring, because this holiday takes place at a wonderful time of year, when nature and all life awakens, as if preparing for a new life.

All this day is unusual and very solemn. The temple is unusually beautiful and carries a certain mystery. Maybe because the worship goes late at night and ends in the early morning. Congratulations Easter the first says the priest. His speech is imbued with undisguised joy and happiness from the fact that the faithful visited the temple of God on this bright holiday.

He sprinkles holy water dishes, which the believers prepared especially for the Easter day. As a rule, these are eggs and fragrant cakes, as well as sausages and other products that you can already eat after fasting. Around it is a special energy filled with happiness and good mood.

Believers rejoice and rejoice at the great day of the Resurrection of Christ. For many centuries, word-for-word is passed from mouth to mouth, without which Easter congratulations can not be presented. And they sound like this: "Christ is risen!", In response they say: "Truly, He is risen!". It is no longer necessary to say anything, because in these words the meaning of everything that is so dear to every person living on Earth is laid.

Easter greetings sound with particular warmth when a large, united family gathers at one table. The hostess puts on the table festive meals. What is there not! Lush cakes, ruddy pies, kulebyaki, home sausage and, of course, painted eggs - a symbol of life. This is the most special day of the year, which is always very welcome.

Recently, a new tradition has appeared - to congratulate relatives and friends on this great holiday of the Orthodox in modern ways, namely: to send congratulatory messages on religious themes using mobile phones.

On this spring day I want to congratulate as much as possible of my friends, because this is the long-awaited Easter. Congratulations funny have all the same religious meaning, but are more adapted to modern life. The youth gladly sends out cute and very touching messages. They too are in a hurry to remind their friends that Easter is today. Congratulations sound in the form of simple, but very intelligible quatrains. For example:

The bell rang in spring,
The light of hope will wake up in us again.
Easter is a bright holiday of the Resurrection,
Resurrecting, and Faith and Love!

No less pleasant to hear, for example, and such a congratulation:

Christ is risen! The sun shines from heaven!

Grown green for the joy of the gray forest,

Christ is truly risen!

We begin to work miracles,

Kiss three times until morning,

Because our tradition

Approves the queen Spring.

Smashing festive eggs at a decorated family table, do not forget about those who are sick, disadvantaged and deprived a lot. Share a piece of Easter, do not forget to give a colored testicle to those who have nothing left in life. I mean people who, by the will of fate, were on the street, without shelter and bread. Let them today also have a holiday, because a small piece of heat on this day should go to everyone.
