Dmitry Chudinov: boxer's biography

Dmitry Chudinov is a Russian boxer of the first magnitude. For his professional career, he was able to reach significant heights in both domestic and international sports. Biography of the athlete

Dmitry Chudinov was born on the fifteenth of September 1986. Since childhood, fond of boxing. I first came to the section at the age of twelve. He was coached by former boxer Alexei Galeev. And from the first training the young man demonstrated the potential. High growth allowed him to box against older opponents on an equal footing.

At the age of eighteen, Dmitry Chudinov wins a youth boxing championship. After that, he is awarded the title of master of sports of international class. A year later Dmitry participates in the European boxing tournament and takes first place, performing in the middle weight category. In 2007 he takes silver at the Russian Championship. A year later, the Russian met with Alfonso Blanco in the semifinals of the world championship. The battle was tense, but the experienced Cuban still managed to snatch victory. Big boxing: Dmitry Chudinov becomes a professional

Considering that it is too difficult for Russia to meet with the best athletes in the ring, Dmitry is leaving for the United States of America. According to some journalists, the decision of Chudinov was influenced by American promoters, who entered into negotiations with him during amateur tournaments.

And the beginning of a foreign career was very impressive. Dmitry Chudinov spent seven fights, six of which won. But he was disappointed. He signed a contract with the promoter, who could not find him worthy rivals. Therefore, in three years Dmitry returns to Russia.

New stage

After returning to his homeland Chudinov immediately begins to speak. Spends two duels with boxers from Colombia and wins in both. This brings him the first championship belt.

A year later, a duel against Jorge Navarro. Venezuelan was considered an unequivocal favorite of the fight, but Chudinov managed to knock him out and win the second belt. And already in the winter there was the main boxing event in the middle weight category - Dmitry met in the ring with the owner of the champion belt in the version of "WBA" Juan Novoa.

The battle took place in Moscow. From the first rounds Dmitry took the dominant position. And in the sixth he sent a Colombian boxer to a knockout. Thus, Dmitry Chudinov became the new world champion. The battles for the title defense were scheduled for the summer.

Title Protection

In June of the same year, the first battle with the applicant took place. Against Dmitri came Patrick Nelsen. This Dane did not yet know the defeats and was one of the best boxers in this weight class. The battle was extremely tense and, by and large, equal. But Chudinov managed to win on points. Next on the line was Mehdi Bouadla - the French athlete fell in the third round.

In February 2015, the most dramatic duel took place in Chudinov's career. In London, he boxed against Chris Jubenko. The enemy used a cunning strategy of constant clinching and "drying" the fight. And she gave her results - by the last round Chudinov was exhausted. The British felt this and decided to move to active action. Lightning attacks Chris discouraged the Russian boxer. The referee was forced to stop the fight, although Dmitry was ready to box on.
