From the foil cut the squares, in the center of each of them we put onions, and on top of the pieces of cod. Each separate serving should be added, add pepper and parsley, pour fresh lemon juice. Then we roll all the pieces in the form of envelopes, add them to the baking sheet and send them to the oven, which we will preheat to 220 degrees beforehand. Bake the fillet for about half an hour. Dietary fish are ready in the oven. It is useful and very tasty!

Soufflé from pikeperch

Sudak is a dietary fish. It can be prepared in the form of a soufflé with low-fat milk sauce. This dish is suitable for those who like a light meal of airy consistency.

To prepare you need:

  1. Fillet of pike perch - 850 g.
  2. Milk (low fat) - 100 ml.
  3. Butter - 1/4 pack.
  4. Flour - a tablespoon.
  5. Eggs - 2 pcs.
  6. Salt.

First you need to make a milk sauce. Pour flour into a pan and stirring a little until golden brown. Then gently pour in the milk and add butter. Constantly interfering, bring the sauce to a thickening. It can be slightly salted, and then removed from the fire.

The pike perch needs to be washed, cut into pieces, dried. Then the fish should be ground with a blender. To the received stuffing we will add yolks and again we shall mix up all.

Proteins in a separate pot must be shaken, and then introduced into the fish mass. The mixture is carefully mixed again. Our souffle is almost ready. Now it needs to be broken down into shapes and put in the oven. Souffle should be baked until it is raised and covered with a crust of golden color. It takes about thirty minutes. Served such a dish in a hot form. To it the salad from vegetables with a lemon juice ideally approaches.

Pike perch in tomato

Dishes from fish are dietary and useful, especially when they are cooked in a multivariate. To fish, you can add tomatoes and onions, they will not add extra calories, but they will noticeably shade and embellish the taste of the fillet.

Let's take:

  1. Fish fillet (pike perch, for example) - 850 g.
  2. A few carrots.
  3. Tomatoes, ground in their own juice - 250 g.
  4. Olive oil, salt.
  5. Freshly ground pepper.

So, the onion is cut into half rings, the carrots are grated on a grater. Prepared vegetables should be put in the multivark and set the frying regime. Cook for ten minutes. Tomatoes blender we bring to the consistency of mashed potatoes. Next, cut the fillets into pieces and lay out on the vegetables in the multivark. And do not forget to salt and pepper the food. Pike perch and vegetables top with tomato puree. The dish is cooked for about an hour and a half in the extinguishing mode. To such fish as a garnish you can serve mashed potatoes.

Fish soup

To prepare you need:

  1. Celery (stem) - a few pieces.
  2. Fish - 0,5 kg.
  3. Bulgarian pepper, carrots, tomato - one piece.
  4. A few potatoes.
  5. Garlic, dill, basil, paprika.

Peeled and chopped fish should be put in boiling water and boil for about three minutes. Then get it, cool it and pull out the bones.

Then wash vegetables, cut. Fillet together with vegetables put in boiling broth, cook fifteen minutes from the time of boiling.

Dill should be chopped. For a couple of minutes before removing the soup from the fire, you need to add greens, garlic, spices, boil it all together for about three minutes. Here is our soup and ready. It can be removed from the fire.
