Squid rings in beer batter

For this dish, it is enough to take sweet apples, a glass of sugar, flour (half glass), soda, a small amount of milk (3 tablespoons), just 2 eggs, salt and butter to fry the rings. First, the clay is prepared. All the ingredients, except butter and apples, are mixed very carefully so that no lumps are present.

Apples are washed, the core is completely removed, and the fruit itself is cut with neat rings. They dipped themselves in the resulting test and put on a hot frying pan. And now, an appetizing and low-calorie dessert is ready to serve!
