Diet with gastritis is the basis of rapid recovery.

Increased values of PH (or digestion figures) of gastric juice, according to the latest research data, facilitates the launch of the mechanism of gastric ulcer in combination with the duodenum.

In addition to specially developed medicines, a diet with gastritis is crucial. Already by itself, proper nutrition can stop and prevent disease. It is best, of course, not to bring the case to the gastritis itself, but initially to observe the correct and recommended diet of all gastroenterologists. But practice shows that, alas, many recollect already when there are bouts of pain in the epigastric region (immediately below the sternum - this is the projection of the stomach). If the pain sensations appeared for the first time and not intense, arising on an empty stomach and quickly passing after ingestion, then, most likely it is a superficial gastritis diet at which is quite simple. It is necessary to exclude all sharp, smoked, marinated and fried dishes, not to eat dry food. Of the drinks completely unacceptable black strong coffee, sour juices (even if the acidity is lowered), spirits with any alcohol content. It is best if the diet with gastritis will consist of liquid food - low-fat soups for lunch in combination with dishes for a couple. For breakfast and dinner, oatmeal on lean milk is the best choice. The mode of eating should be fivefold and even sixfold throughout the day, and in small portions, so the sick body is better able to cope with the digestion of food and further evacuation.

If there is already a chronic form of the disease with gastritis, then periodic exacerbations are possible, especially with errors in the diet. The patient always finds that there is an exacerbation, since this is accompanied by intense pains that can literally "twist" the person in half. Diet with exacerbation of gastritis, especially in the first few days, should be as gentle as possible. In the first 24 hours of exacerbation, one must endure a "hunger pause" to unload the sick stomach. You can only use liquid. The best wrapping liquid is not concentrated jelly, still water, a weak tea at room temperature. And from the second day, start eating from small portions of porridge on the water (well, if it is oatmeal), mashed vegetable soups (potato or mashed potatoes), to meet the need for protein can be added to the diet of eggs "in a bag".

In general, the diet with gastritis requires a deliberate approach, because, on the one hand, it must fill all the needs of the body in certain nutrients, and, on the other - be as light and gentle as possible. It is best if the diet for gastritis is developed and appointed a specialist in this field - a dietician.
