Equipment and utensils: sieve, grater or blender, transparent glasses.

  1. Thoroughly stir the cottage cheese with a fork or rub through a sieve. Add the condensed milk and mix. The mixture should not be liquid.
  2. Grind the wafers with a large grater. You can use a blender, but make sure that it does not turn out too fine - you do not need to make flour from wafers.
  3. Pour the wafer crumb into two glasses. Place the raspberries on top, so that the glasses fill about two-thirds.
  4. Wet your hands in boiled water, form small balls of curd and place them on a layer of raspberries.
  5. Melt the dessert with melted chocolate and mint.

"Snowballs" with raspberry sauce

Ingredients: half a glass of raspberry, 1 egg, a third of a glass of milk, 10 tablespoons of sugar.

Equipment and utensils: cooker, saucepan, mixer.

Ingredients: 150 grams of raspberries, 100 grams of dark chocolate, a glass of 30-35% sour cream, 25 g of butter, 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar, mint leaves, nuts for decoration.

Equipment and utensils: a plate, a mixer, a pan, transparent glasses.

  1. Rub raspberries with a spoon and put them in a glass so as to fill it with a third.
  2. On top of raspberries, put mint leaves.
  3. Whisk the sour cream with the powdered sugar and fill the glass with this mixture to two thirds.
  4. The remaining sour cream is transferred to a pan, put on a fire and bring to a boil. Add the chocolate and stir until it dissolves. Remove the mass from the heat, enter the butter, stir well, allow to cool. Then put the mixture in a glass, filling the last third of it.
  5. Decorate the dessert with mint leaves and nuts. Send to the refrigerator for half an hour.

Low-calorie cocktail of ryazhenka and raspberry

Do you want a milk-raspberry delicacy, containing only 95 calories in 100 grams?

Ingredients: 100 ml of milk, 5 tablespoons of 9% cream, 200 ml of ryazhenka, 3 teaspoons of lemon juice, 4 teaspoons of powdered sugar.

Dishes and equipment: mixer, sieve, transparent glasses.

  1. Stir raspberries with lemon juice and sugar powder. Whip with a mixer, then wipe the mixture through a sieve.
  2. In two glasses put a half tablespoons of the resulting mashed potatoes.
  3. Rinse the raspberry puree with cream, milk and ryazhenka.

Ingredients: 200 g of raspberry, 500 g of pumpkin, 65 ml of honey, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 pinches of ground cinnamon.

  1. Peel the pumpkin from the peel, cut into slices and place in a blender. Then put raspberries, honey, cinnamon, lemon juice.
  2. Whisk the ingredients until smooth.

Manna porridge with raspberries

Ingredients: 300 g raspberries, 100 ml cream, 4 tablespoons manga, 200 grams of sugar, 5 tablespoons of powdered sugar, 600 ml of water.

Equipment and utensils: stove, mixer or blender, fridge, crockery, pot, sieve or gauze.

  1. Rasp a raspberry with a fork, then strain with a sieve or gauze to get the juice. It should be about half a cup.
  2. Pour the water into a saucepan, place the mashed raspberries there. Put on the fire, bring to a boil, and let it boil for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Strain the broth. Cake can be thrown out, and add sugar to the liquid, return it to the fire and boil again.
  4. Add the mango and, stirring, cook the porridge for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove the porridge from the fire and wait for it to cool.
  6. Pour the raspberry juice into the mango and whisk everything with a mixer until the mass is increased and the consistency of the jelly is obtained. The resulting mixture pour into the crockery, but not to the brim, and leaving a little room for cream. Clean in the refrigerator for freezing.
  7. Before serving, whip cream with sugar powder. Ideally they should thicken.
  8. Lay the cream with sugar second layer on the cooled raspberry semolina porridge.
  9. Decorate the dessert with raspberry or coconut flakes.

Raspberry desserts with cream

Dessert with raspberries and cream is another universal option. The easiest way to enjoy this combination is to whip the cream with sugar, put the fresh raspberries in the crockery and cover with whipped cream.

But you can cook something more complicated. For example, an Italian dessert is sevenfredo.

Ingredients: 500 ml of 35% cream, 5 eggs, 200 grams of sugar, 11 grams of vanilla sugar, orange or lemon jam. Raspberry is better to add to taste.

Equipment and utensils: cooker, saucepan, mixer, baking dish (but we will not bake anything!).

  1. Mix eggs, sugar and vanillin in a saucepan. Put the mixture on a water bath and whisk for 5-8 minutes until the mass brightens and grows in volume. Then remove from the water bath.
  2. While the egg mixture cools, whip the cream until firm peaks.
  3. Connect the two masses and carefully, but thoroughly mix.
  4. Add the raspberries to the mixture: wholly or preliminarily mash the berries in puree - if desired.
  5. The form is covered with food film. At the bottom lay a small amount of jam and add a little raspberries. On top, distribute the crimson creamy mass.
  6. Cover the form with a film and send it to the refrigerator for several hours. Before serving, turn the form over onto a large plate. Cut seven-pound into pieces.

Raspberry cake without baking

If all sorts of mousses are not inspiring, but want something like a cake or a cake, try desserts with raspberries without baking. For example, those made in a glass with the use of cookies.
