The regime of the day in the pre-school establishment is made taking into account the correct time planning for the full development of children. It implies the availability of curriculum, work activities and children's leisure. The general schedule can be divided into certain intervals in which the basic regime parts of the day are fulfilled. Such parts in preschool institutions are called "regime moments".

Formation of regime moments

The regime of the day in the preparatory group for GEF shapes the regime moments in the DOW in accordance with the educational development program. Correct organization of the order leads to the child's successful development both in the mental and in the educational plan. The moments of the regime develop perseverance and attention in children, due to the fact that they are an important part of the pedagogical process as a whole.

Conversations, classes and various games in the preparatory group develop cognitive activity in children, discussions make the child responsive and active, help to prove their point of view without feeling embarrassed.

Meeting children and morning routine moments

Together with the children, preparations for classes, dusting of toys, independent activity, reading of literature or other activities planned by the tutor for this day are conducted.

The regime of the day in the preparatory group for GEF for the morning hours, from 7.00 to 10.30, provides children with mental loads for the full acceptance of the material in the class.

Educational activity

After a morning meal in the preparatory group, a block of educational activities begins. They are held from 9.00 to 10.30 on the calendar of scheduling the educator and contain all the necessary information for the mental work of the child.

With the senior preschoolers in the first half of the day, 3 lessons of 20 minutes with game breaks up to 15 minutes. At this time, the children of the preparatory group comprehend the basics of logical thinking, mathematics, literature, drawing, modeling, applique.

In preparation for the holidays or matinees, memorization of poems or rehearsal of certain parts of the future event is carried out. Preparing for outdoor walks

The daily routine in the GEF preparatory group and educational programs recommend spending time in the fresh air at a temperature of -15 and a wind speed of up to 15 m / s, if these data are exceeded, the children remain in the group.

During walks, the teacher does not stop taking up educational activities and divides the time spent in the fresh air into such parts:

Daytime relaxation and turn-down service

All motor activity stops 30-40 minutes before going to the bedroom. During this time the nervous system of the child is restored, which gives a calm sleep and a general rest to the body.

Before going to bed, the bedroom is ventilated until the temperature drops by 3-4 degrees. Preparation for sleep is accompanied by calm conversations, reading fairy tales, listening to relaxing music. The educator controls the convenience of placing the child on the bed, corrects the blanket if necessary, and performs individual stroking of the children. During sleep, the nanny or caregiver is permanently in the bedroom to avoid accidents.

Activities after a quiet hour

After a gradual ascent at 15.00, children undergo tempering procedures, awakening gymnastics, dress themselves independently and put hairstyles in order. After lunch, which begins at 3:30, children play games with a tutor or engage in independent activities.

This time is suitable for individual work with children who do not keep up with the program or are lagging behind due to skipping one or another occupation.

After a quiet hour, the teacher conducts reading and analysis of literary works, theatrical performances, watching animated films or educational programs.

Individual work

The second half of the day, from 15.40 to 17.00, in the preschool is aimed at fixing the material studied in the morning, or the repetition of previously acquired knowledge. Individual work with children is aimed at improving speech, creative and motor activity.

The music director, speech therapist or educator conduct individual work according to planning or seeing the general failure of the child. The preparatory group in the pre-school, more precisely the children who attend it, is taking classes with a psychologist who carries out the correction of the mental abilities of each child.

Evening walk and care of children home

In the evening, after carrying out all the necessary regime moments, the children go for a 2-nd walk, as a rule, this time is at 17.30, and they meet their parents. The main task of the educator is to inform the adults about how their child's day went, about his successes or shortcomings. Children's works performed in the first half are shown, consultations are given on the parents' questions concerning the general behavior of the preschooler, or tips on how to correct the mental ability in the event the child does not understand the material received.

Separately, attention is drawn to the observance of good-order rules. The child before leaving home says goodbye to the tutor and the children who remain on the site. The educator forms a positive attitude to the preschool institution and sets up the child for the next visit.
