2. Passports with a validity period of at least 90 days.

7. Medical insurance for the entire trip.

For registration of a business visa, an additional call is required, formalized on the official corporate letterhead. It should contain information about the inviting person, as well as the purpose of the trip and its duration.

If you are visiting relatives or friends in the Czech Republic, you need an invitation on a special form and confirmation of the financial security of the inviting party.

If you plan to travel with children under the age of majority, you will need to provide a copy of their birth certificate. When a child travels to the Czech Republic with only one parent or an accompanying person, permission from the absent second parent or parents is necessary. It must be certified by a notary and be valid on the territory of all Schengen countries.
