Pneumonia is an infectious disease that can arise as an independent disease or as a complication from other diseases. It is not contagious and can not be transferred to another person. One of the reasons for the development of the disease is a severe hypothermia of the body. Also, the causes can be: physical activity, nervous overload or mental factors. Inflammation of the lungs can cause a strong piercing wind in the cold season, cold drinking after a tiring physical exertion. Overcooling - the most frequent cause of inflammation - causes a delay in sweat, which leads to a flood of blood inside the body, which means overloading.

Breathing is difficult, coughing, dry skin and fever. In more severe cases, breathing is often frequent and difficult. Coughing can sometimes be accompanied by sputum secretion. The pulse becomes frequent, the skin is hot, reddish or yellowish in color. Signs of recovery are hot sweat, accelerated breathing and pulse, similar to cream of sputum. Sometimes pulmonary edema can be allergic in nature.

Pleurisy - usually manifests as a complication of pneumonia. Sometimes it can be a consequence of tuberculosis, rheumatism or other allergic or infectious diseases.
Signs of pleurisy can be different:
- fever;
- stitching pain when inhaling under the ribs;

All lung diseases usually increase in autumn and winter, especially in rainy autumn after a dry summer. Cold air is always harmful to the lungs. Often, lung disease leads to liver disease. You can exercise your lungs, for example, loudly talk or forcefully inhale air, in order to dilute the harmful substances that are in them.
The described lung diseases are only a small part of all possible diseases. If the disease is not treated, then it can go into a chronic form or lead to death, so you need to carefully monitor your health.
