Correctly plan an academic hour

Starting from the school's bench, throughout life we are engaged in self-education. Most often, we resort to help from higher or specialized institutions, courses and trainings, in the choice of which we come across the notion of "academic hour".

Studying the alphabet and multiplication table, we never thought about why the lesson lasts 45 minutes, we just followed the system properly. But this is not for nothing. Consequently, two academic hours are equal to one pair.

Based on the planning of the lesson by the teacher or the teacher, such a length of time is enough to check previously acquired knowledge, study a new topic and clarify tasks that are given for independent study. Sometimes many are mistaken, having paid service for one academic hour, they think that they were supposed to allocate 60 astronomical minutes. But, as it turns out, initially only 45 minutes were supposed. Although some private offices can increase the time to an hour or more without interruption.
