The beginning of political career

The communist Mamayev Sergey Pavlinovich became back in 1987. It was then that he joined the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. Initially, he showed no special zeal for managing his native land and country. Moreover, he believed that his vocation was in the spiritual and physical development of Russian youth. However, after the fall of the Soviet Union, his opinion changed.

In 2001, Sergei Mamaev became head of the administration of the Soviet district. His successes were assessed in different ways, but more on this later. More importantly, the politician was already clearly aware of his goal - he wanted to become a deputy of the State Duma. And to quickly achieve his dream, he receives a specialized education in the Moscow Academy of State and Municipal Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.

In autumn 2006 Mamaev Sergey became the first secretary of the Kirov regional committee of the Communist Party. This was the first major victory on his way. From this moment he can again fight side by side with his old adherents. Thanks to their support in 2008, the politician becomes a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Kirov region.

After that Mamayev will have to take the last step - to take part in the parliamentary elections. That's what he does in 2001. Fortune turns out to be supportive of him, and Sergei Pavlinovich becomes a deputy of the sixth convocation from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation.

Deputy Mamayev Sergey Pavlinovich: political portrait

In the political arena, Sergei Pavlinovich promotes the image of an ardent fighter against corruption and injustice. As an ardent Communist, he defends the rights of ordinary citizens who, he says, suffer from the tyranny of oligarchs and corrupt politicians. Mamayev is sure that only the Communist Party of the Russian Federation conducts an honest game in the parliament, because of what it constantly loses to its opponents.

In his interviews Mamaev Sergey often points to the fact that modern Russia is suffering greatly from the regime of "United Russia". Their political moves not only do not benefit ordinary citizens, but also put them at a disadvantage. Such, in his opinion, is unacceptable for the authorities of the country. As for the reasons for this behavior of the "United Russia", Mamayev is sure that it is connected with the personal interests of the deputies. After all, most of them are in oligarchic clans, pursuing their own material gain.

The portrait of Sergei Mamaev, his book "Corruption in Mari El: a myth or a horrifying reality ?!" (2015), and "Corruption in the Kirov region: an off-shore paradise and an incubator for future embezzlers and traitors to the Motherland!" (2015) . In them he graphically depicts all the sins of power and their machinations, referring to real facts and documents.

Behind the screen of virtue

Alas, honest and decent Mamaev Sergey looks only in words. In real life, this image is cracking at the seams, not upstanding the truthful criticism from the media. So, the first stone in the garden of the politician was the scandalous statement of Alexander Glushkov, who replaced Mamaev as head of the administration of the Soviet district.

The new leader told the media that his predecessor did not know how to manage the budget at all. After the reign of Mamaev in the city treasury, there was a hole in 48 million rubles. And for such a small edge is a huge amount. Perhaps someone will think that this is just dirty rumors. However, the facts speak for themselves: during the reign of Sergei Pavlinovich in the Soviet closed a few kindergartens, serious problems with energy and medicine began.

The scandal with the "garazhik"

However, if past sins can be attributed to incompetence of a politician, the scandal with the construction of a personal garage fully reflects the whole essence of his nature. It so happened that Sergei Mamaev wanted to erect a "garazhik" in the courtyard of a multi-storey building. Naturally, this procedure requires the permission of the tenants of the house. But our hero decided to go roundabout and to forge this document.

As a result, the scam surfaced, but did not stop Mamaev. Despite the stormy protest of his neighbors and the prosecutor's decree, the garage was built and fenced. Thus, the deputy not only ignored the current legislation, but also spit on those whom he promised to protect from the oppression of dishonest politicians.
