The actual question: how to roll up jars with twisting lids?

"How can we roll up banks with twisting lids?" - our mothers and grandmothers ask us, who are completely lost in the current situation with a sharp jump in domestic technologies.

Quite recently they had to deal with the tying machines, but now in our arsenal there are banks with carvings, and supermarkets are full of offers of covers of various brands to such banks.

How to roll up cans with twisting lids? Easily! It does not require special knowledge and skills. You need to fill the contents in the jar, put on the lid and screw it tightly. And that's it!

For clarity, we will give you a couple of recipes and examples of how to roll up jars with twisting lids.

Marinated crispy cucumber

You will need:

  • The can with a thread is 1.5 liters.
  • Fresh cucumbers (excellent grade "Phoenix") - 2 kg.
  • Garlic with large denticles - 1 head.
  • Lavrushka - 2 pcs.
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
  • Pepper fragrant peas - 5 balls.
  • Cilantro seeds (coriander) - 1 tsp.
  • Table or apple cider vinegar for preserving 2 tbsp.
  • Salt normal food-2 tbsp.
  • Sugar beet or cane - 1 tbsp.

Preparation

In the jar on the bottom pour spices - bay leaf, peas, coriander. Garlic is peeled from the peel, my and put the can on the bottom. Next we lay very tightly and closely together cucumbers. Pepper cut in half along and place between cucumbers.

Fill the vegetables in the pot with steep boiling water. Cover and let stand for 15-17 minutes. The water is then poured into a saucepan and again brought to a boil. Pour boiling water back into the jar, fill up the salt and sugar, add the vinegar. Take the lid and tighten the thread.

We put the jar upside down and cover with a warm blanket. You can take it out in a day. And to open and eat preferably not earlier than a couple of weeks.

Strawberry jam

What should be prepared:

  • Strawberries choice - 1 kg.
  • Sugar (sand) - better reed - 1 kg.
  • Glass jars with a screw cap of 0.5 liters - 3 pcs.

Preparation

In the evening we fall asleep strawberries in a non-combustible bowl of sugar and let's stand so during the night. In the morning we put a bowl on medium fire and bring it to a boil. After 3 minutes of boiling on medium heat (do not forget to stir) turn off and postpone the continuation of manipulation until the evening.

In the evening, again put on the fire and boil for 3 minutes. Turn it off and leave it till morning.

In the morning we perform the boiling procedure for the third final time and pour the boiled jam over the jars.

How to roll cans with twisting lids, you already know. Jam to turn and wrap is not necessary. You can immediately clean up in the pantry or seize and hide in the refrigerator.

Canned peaches

Ingredients:

  • Peaches are soft - 2 kg.
  • Sugar - better reed - 1 glass.
  • Citric acid (powder) - 0.5 tsp.
  • Bank with thread - 2 liters.

Peaches must be thoroughly washed and divided in half, taking out the stone. Wash the water and fill it with a jar.

If there is left a little empty space, do not be scared. The syrup will be no less delicious.

A jar of peaches should be poured with boiling water to the neck and let it stand for 15-17 minutes under the unshroken lid. The water after this must be drained and brought back to a boil.

Scalded peaches are covered with sugar and citric acid. Pour again with boiling water and tighten the lid. Banks turn, wrap and store in a warm place in this position for at least a day.
