In the summer of 1995 Roman Burtsev raped and killed another girl, hiding the child's corpse in a dump. There were no witnesses nearby, law enforcement bodies could not find the body. The maniac was at large and again "lay down on the bottom."

The investigating authorities questioned former prisoners, patients of psychiatric clinics, relatives and neighbors of the missing schoolchildren, but to no avail. Interrogation

During the interrogation of Burtsev Roman - Kamensky Chikatilo, as the militiamen and the press dubbed him, he did not intend to give confessions.
